PC923 High Speed Photocoupler (DIP-8P)

The PC923 is contains a IRED optically coupled a OPIC. It is packaged in a 8-pin DIP, available in SMT gullwing lead-form option.  Input-output isolation voltage (rms) is 5.0kV high Speed Photocoupler for MOSFET / IGBT Drive.
