DC12V 3S 20A BMS With Protection Module

The 3 Series 20A 18650 Lithium Battery Protection Board 12.6V with Balance for Drill Motor Li-po Cell Module comes with recovery function-AUTO Recovery and Integrated 10 low load resistance MOS tube. It provides continuous discharge of 20A, 100mA balanced current, for electric drill/sprayer/LED lights/low power inverter. (if the cooling environment is not good, please reduce the load current use).

The Scope of Nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V lithium battery (including 18650,26650, a polymer lithium battery) where Charging voltage can be range between 16.8V to 18.1V The board operates smoothly with Continuous charge current of (upper limit): 20A. Note:

1. Successfully starting the electric drill requires 3 15C-20C power batteries, or 6 10C-15C power batteries (ordinary 18650 can not start the power drill !!!).
2. Wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, and 12.6V strictly according to the figure, do not intentionally short circuit.
3. When a load with a brush motor is used, a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) must be connected in parallel with the positive and negative terminals of the motor to prevent the reverse spike voltage generated by the motor from interfering with the protection board or Break down the MOS tube.
4.  When connecting 3 sets of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each set of batteries is the same. If they are not the same, please charge each set of batteries separately and use them in series. . . During the discharge test, the group of batteries whose voltage drops rapidly is a poor battery.
5. For some customers with poor electronic foundation, please explain: Do not mix good batteries and poor batteries together! The closer the capacity / internal resistance of the 3 sets of batteries, the better! (2 good batteries + 1 poor battery) = The use of 3 poor batteries).
