SCA100T A dual-axis tilt sensor chip measuring 90 °, based on 3D-MEMS technology, provides instrumentation / instrument level profiling. The sensing axes of the internal sensing elements are parallel to the mounting plane and are orthogonal to each other. Low temperature drift, high resolution, low noise and robust design make the SCA100T an ideal choice for horizontal instruments.
